Waste, Fertilizer and Hygiene
The Waste, Fertilizer and Hygiene Department is concerned with three areas and the respective legal issues from the point of view of the biogas industry:
- Waste law - the use of biogenic residues from households, commercial enterprises, industry, agriculture and forestry
- Fertilizer law - Spreading digestate as organic fertilizer
- Hygiene - the use of animal by-products, e.g. manure or slaughtering waste
